AgenticOpz built an agentic AI intake workflow that asks the right questions before a human has to step in. The system captures quote details, checks the trade type, understands whether the customer needs road risk insurance or combined premises cover, and prepares a clean lead summary for follow-up. It gives the team a faster way to spot serious enquiries, reduce back-and-forth, and move qualified leads toward a broker call or appointment.
